Bank of Lithuania reporting checklist for payment and e-money institutions

Lithuanian payment or e-money institution · 5 deadlines

Payment and e-money institutions licensed by the Bank of Lithuania report every quarter: supervisory financial and activity reports and an AML/CTF report, both within 20 calendar days of the quarter end. Each year adds the annual AML/CTF report by 1 March, the audited financial statements and an operational and security risk report. This template adds them all to Regmindr with the rule behind each one.

Every quarter

The supervisory financial and activity reports and the quarterly AML/CTF report are due within 20 calendar days after each quarter: 20 January, 20 April, 20 July and 20 October.

Every year

The annual AML/CTF report is due by 1 March. The annual financial statements are due within 3 days of the shareholders' meeting for institutions that are financial institutions, or by 5 May for others. The operational and security risk report is due within 2 weeks of your yearly assessment, so you enter that date yourself.

Who it's for

Payment institutions and e-money institutions supervised by the Bank of Lithuania; the Bank publishes the same calendar for both. Some reports don't apply to institutions that only provide payment initiation or account information services, or only collect utility payments, fines or social benefits. DORA applies to you too, so add the DORA template as well.
