Bank of Lithuania quarterly reporting deadline
Bank of Lithuania · Quarterly · 20 calendar days after each quarter end
Payment and e-money institutions submit their financial and activity reports for supervisory purposes to the Bank of Lithuania within 20 calendar days following the end of each quarter: by 20 January, 20 April, 20 July and 20 October.
Check the date against your own records.
What the quarterly reports include
The quarterly AML/CTF report is due on the same days.
- Balance sheet and off-balance sheet statements
- Profit (loss) statement and statement of changes in equity
- Report on performance indicators and safeguarding of received funds
- Report on initial capital and own funds, only for institutions with a licence for unrestricted activity
Working out the date
Count 20 calendar days from the last day of the quarter. Regmindr uses calendar quarters, which gives the 20th of January, April, July and October.
Who doesn't submit them
The Bank of Lithuania exempts payment institutions that only provide payment initiation or account information services, and institutions that only collect fees for utilities or regular household services, fines and other charges to public authorities, or social benefits.
Get reminded before it's due
Regmindr tracks this alongside the rest of your compliance calendar, and emails your team before each deadline.
