Small institutions

Small payment institutions, small e-money institutions and registered account information service providers also report both half-years, but submit them together once a year, within two months of 31 December.

What it covers

Statistical data on fraud for each means of payment, which the Payment Services Regulations require at least once a year (regulation 109(4)). The return follows the EBA's guidelines on fraud reporting under PSD2.

If you submit late

A late or incomplete return costs a £100 administrative fee under SUP 16.3.14R.
