DNB half-yearly FINREP and COREP deadline
DNB · Semi-annually · Twice a year, by the date DNB sets in DLR
Payment and e-money institutions supervised by DNB submit their prudential reports, FINREP and COREP, twice a year through the Digitaal Loket Rapportages (DLR): for the reference dates 30 June and 31 December. DNB sets each submission deadline in DLR. For the reports in 2023, they were 10 February and 11 August.
Check the date against your own records.
The reporting periods
A few data points cover a different period, such as payment volumes, which always cover the last 12 months. DNB's reporting guide explains each one.
- Reference date 30 June: covers 1 January to 30 June for almost all data points
- Reference date 31 December: covers the whole calendar year
Working out the date
DNB doesn't publish a fixed number of days. It sets the deadline for each round in DLR, about six weeks after the reference date: 10 February and 11 August in 2023. Regmindr sets the reminders for 10 February and 10 August so they fall on or before those dates. Check the deadline in DLR each round, and move the date if yours differs.
Submitting on time
A submission is only complete once validation shows no blocking errors. DNB recommends validating early, since an incorrectly used template can stop the upload from going through.
Get reminded before it's due
Regmindr tracks this alongside the rest of your compliance calendar, and emails your team before each deadline.
