Companies House confirmation statement deadline

Every company, including dormant ones, must file a confirmation statement at least once every 12 months. You can file up to 14 days after the review period ends.
When the review period ends
Twelve months after the date your company was incorporated for the first statement, or after the confirmation statement date on your last one. Your company's Companies House page shows the next due date.
